These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and use of services provided by Havasu Classics Car Club (the "Club"). This includes membership, event participation, vehicle registrations, vendor and sponsorship arrangements, and any Club-related services made available through our website or at Club events (collectively, the "Services"). By using or registering for any Services offered by the Club, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of Services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
BY USING CLUB SERVICES, ATTENDING CLUB EVENTS, OR REGISTERING YOUR VEHICLE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE.
The Club provides event organization, vehicle registration services, membership administration, vendor and sponsorship coordination, promotional activities, and related community services ("Club Services").
While the Club works to deliver safe, well-run events and services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as attendance numbers, fundraising totals, or promotional reach). Participation in events and use of Services is at your own discretion and risk.
Event schedules, features, or online registration systems may experience temporary interruptions. The Club is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers, weather, municipal authorities, or other factors beyond our control. Services are provided "AS IS".
The Club reserves the right to change event formats, cancel or reschedule events, or modify available Services at any time.
Your purchase of tickets, registration, sponsorships, or memberships is not contingent on delivery of any future Service or feature.
Fees may apply for membership, event registration, vendor booths, sponsorship tiers, and merchandise. All fees in effect at the time of purchase apply. The Club may change fees with prior notice when practical.
If a payment is declined or overdue, the Club may suspend or cancel registrations, vendor participation, or other services until outstanding balances are paid. You agree to reimburse the Club for reasonable collection costs if necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, membership dues, registration fees, vendor fees, and sponsorship fees are non-refundable. If the Club cancels an event entirely, refunds will be handled per the Club’s event-cancellation policy.
When posting or submitting content (e.g., photos, comments, posts) you agree not to post content that:
The Club may remove or disable access to content that violates these rules.
The Club does not endorse user-submitted content. Any promotions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
The Club website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked sites.
Promotions and advertisements on our site or at events are subject to the terms of the sponsor or advertiser. The Club is not responsible for fulfillment of third-party offers.
All content on the Club’s website and promotional materials is the property of Havasu Classics Car Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use Club trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission.
Except for a single copy for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Club content without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but by submitting content to the Club (for example, photographs or event testimonials) you grant the Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.
You own the personal information you provide to the Club. The Club will use personal data to provide Services, communicate event details, process payments, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
If you create an account for Club Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We retain data as necessary to support Services and comply with legal obligations. You may request data access, correction, or deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
By opting in to receive text messages from Havasu Classics Car Club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service messages at the phone number provided. Messages may include event updates, registration reminders, vendor and sponsor information, ticketing announcements, and other Club communications.
You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin after opting out, you may sign up again through the Club website, registration forms, or other opt-in methods and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for late or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages you send to us. Message frequency may vary based on your selections and interactions with Club Services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver our communications to you.
Our messaging program complies with applicable laws and industry guidelines (including TCPA where applicable, CTIA guidance, and A2P 10DLC rules). We will collect explicit opt-in consent (for example, checking a consent box or replying to an initial opt-in) prior to sending promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of event registration or purchase.
ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE CLUB ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLUB'S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE 3-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CLUB BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Havasu Classics Car Club, its officers, volunteers, and agents from claims arising out of your participation, breach of these Terms, or misuse of Services.
The Club may suspend or terminate access to Services or participation in events for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or other reasons at the Club’s discretion.
After termination, your rights to participate cease. The Club may remove content and cancel registrations. Any refunds after termination are at the Club’s sole discretion.
To cancel membership or services, contact the Club at the address or email below. The Club may require notice prior to the next billing cycle for subscription-based services.
Personal information is handled under the Club's Privacy Policy. If you provide Club access to others, you must ensure appropriate privacy protections are in place.
The Club operates in the United States and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available outside the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Arizona for disputes arising under these Terms, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.
All notices must be in writing. Notices to the Club should be sent to the address or email below. The Club may send notices to your provided email or mailing address.
The Club is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, natural disaster, acts of government, or other force majeure events).
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club regarding Services.
